Watch the forum under the rally section,
there should be a posting whenever an upcoming rally is scheduled.
There are several other rallies
you might want to consider throughout the year.
You don’t have to live in certain areas to go to any of them.

The dates are already posted under the Rally section. Just make your schedule and then wait. When the Wagon Master (this year we do have one) and the powers that be are ready the sign up thread will be posted. It's probably at least a couple of months away yet.
