Is anyone using T-Mobile and how do you like it?

I tried them for 3 months about 1 year ago and was happy with their rates and customer service BUT had dead spots close to home that I had never had with Verizon or ATT. Switched to Consumer Cellular and it overall is excellent for me and wife.

we switched a little over a year ago been happy with them so far. one thing there coverage isnt as good as verizon but seems to be getting better as they put more towers up. there price was about half of what we where charged for verizon.

It depends on where you live and travel. I know people here that have T mobile because Verizon doesn’t work where they live.

In urban/suburban areas service is just fine. Out in the sticks somewhat less reliable. That should be changing since they merged with Sprint. Daughter loves her T-mobile. We use Verizon with 10Gb for phones and ATT unlimited for our internet. No complaints.

Went from Verizon to T-Mobile and then back to Verizon. From say western Missouri on west till you hit the ocean ... T-Mobile had lotsa dead spots Verizon doesn't have. That's my experience to date ... don't know what the Sprint merger will add or subtract. Saving money is great, but if you can't use the phone at times ... what are you really saving?

My needs havent been fulfilled with a single carrier. I recently added a TMobile esim to my IOS device. Running simultaneously Verizon and TMobile. In the PNW TMobile has a fair 5G coverage area that has proved to be beneficial. Also am getting descent service in rural Kansas where I have zero Verizon signal. I have had some degree of frustration dealing with customer service but haven’t needed to deal with that since initial setup.

I have had a lot of coverage problems with Tmobile in WY and Montana in the past.

Thanks for the replies, We originally had Verizon but no good at home in central Ks. Then US Cellular put up a tower 2 miles from home. switched to them and they have been good mostly everywhere, but now T-Mobile has a tower 2 miles from home and some really good deals.

If you have a device that can support dual sims take TMobile for a test drive using an inexpensive prepaid plan and an esim. If you like it you can change the plan over to post paid then just determine if you want to jump ship on US Cellular or not.
