Tampa Show on Thursday.

As we,and a couple other folks, will not be able to attend the show on Friday, we decided to go on Thursday.
Not to try to take away from the normal MOC get together on Friday, just giving fellow MOCers a chance for another day.
We will also try for a group photo if anyone wants to be there.
Jan Kelpe will try the Cattlemans Steak house if any interest is shown.

we will be there on the traditional Friday.

If interested in eating after indicate what time-between 5 and 6 pm (the show closes at 6) we can eat at the steakhouse we ate at 2 years ago--it is very close to the fairgrounds Frontier Cattle CO at 8602 East Sligh Ave is the address. If there is enough interest I will make reservations

we traditionally have met at the Keystone, Montana exhibit at 2 pm on Friday and we get a group picture taken, and my understanding is that this year some will be there on Thursday also. I have made reservations for 12 at Frontier Cattle Company for Friday evening at 5:30 pm--I have made reservations for 12 but can add to it if needed.

Add name if you have not indicated your intention to be there. Thanks

Went to the show Thursday, but spent most of the day in the vendor buildings and floating beer tent trying to stay dry and warm.

Did not make it to the show on Thursday as planned...did go today (Friday) and noticed something on the new Montanas that might please some of our members: looks like the sewer boom is history! If not history, it was absent from every one of the models on display.

Wow, Michael, I was there on Thursday, rain and all, and I did not notice that. I have to say I have no problem with the boom on mine. What I did notice was Big Sky. I have heard on here that the Big Sky is history, and indeed it has not been anywhere on Keystone's web site for a long time, but there they were! Mentioned it to a sales guy and he said he had no idea that it was being done away with, and in fact Keystone has been hyping the Big Sky big time with the dealers. Now maybe this guy was just uneducated, or maybe I have heard wrong, and I am NOT in the market for a new one, but I wonder what the story is? Anyone?

Big Sky is now an option package for any Montana. And the boom was gone when we visited the factrory at the fall rally. Also, the led lights are new inside on the ceiling. Really neat upgrades are now becoming standard.

Walt, I did not care for the sewer boom when I first got our Montana, but over time I have come to appreciate not having to fool with a sewer hose at each camp site...now only have to pull it at the beginning of the new season to put a new hose in place.

That's what I thought, but it is not mentioned anywhere on the Montana web site now. I'm just curious...

I never had a rig without the boom. Our pop ups only had porta potties all those years. I have not replaced the hose yet, but I guess I should.
