Dual canister water filter

We’re thinking of purchasing a dual canister system when our last 2 filters (blue Camco) gives out. Does anyone have any experience with the Beech Lane product?

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...TJHCGEMZ&psc=1

I already have an adjustable regulator and was looking to setup a dual unit to filter sediment and carbon block to filter the rest.

I'm currently using the blue Camco filters as well. It's funny you posted that filter from Amazon, because I've had it sitting in my wish list for a while. I've never bothered using a more expensive filter since we never drink or cook with CG water. I always carry bottled water for consumption, so the CG water is for flushing, bathing and washing dishes.
I had 2 thoughts for why I was considering this type of filter.
1) I could mount it permanently on the wall inside the basement near the convenience center. This would mean 1 less thing to have to hook up outside.
2) Even though we don't drink CG water, I still want to protect the plumbing inside the rig, and some day I'll have washer/dryer installed so I definitely want some filtering to prevent junk from getting in there.
Sorry I'm not much help but I am very interested in the responses you seek as well.

We use a triple canister system from RV Walter Filter Company. Those Camco filter barely do an ok job of filtering large sediment. The cost difference from two stage to three stage whole house was not that much at all. 1/2 micron sediment, carbon and a metal trap. You can even use the blue Camco as the 1st filter to grab large sediment down to 5 micron. It will prolong the life of your 1/2 micron 1st stage. You can buy all the filter media on Amazon going forward to save a few bucks, however the value add RVWaterFilterStore.com provides was worth the couple of bucks over Amazon or the big box stores. To me.

I can't speak to that brand specifically. However, I've found that the rvwaterfilterstore.com has a ton of information.

I use a Omni Whole House setup, with a Sediment filter, Softener, Carbon Filter, and for drinking water a built-in filter in the fridge. Replacement filters for the Omni can be found just about anywhere.

That sounds like a good system!
Are you saying you have 3 separate housings and filters?
(I don't know much about the Omni system)

Thanks!
Brad

Actually only two, the first sediment before the softener and the carbon behind the convenience center, the third is internal to the res fridge.

Ah ok, maybe I get it now...
-a sediment filter in a housing outside the convenience center
-a complete water softener unit
-carbon filter in a housing in the convenience center
-filter in the fridge

Did I get it right now?
Thanks again!
Brad

Yep, the first two are the Omni Filters, with a clear housing so you can see when the filter needs changing.
