Montana 3790RD Legacy Edition

In my 3790RD there is a satellite connection in the Basement. I must be missing something because I only have to satellite 2 spots to plug my satellite cables into. 1 goes to the living room the other one the bedroom. I've tried every way possible and I can't get the basement TV to work. Any help greatly appreciated.n

Behind the TV in the bedroom there is a short jumper cable that you will need to switch to the other Satellite connection which should have nothing in it. You have to change it back and forth depending upon whether you want to watch Cable/Air TV or Satellite..... Not a hard thing to do but PIA.... I just bought a quality splitter and split it right at the convenience centre and ran a satellite feed over to my receiver in the storage area. Easy peazy. Used it for the 5 yrs we had the 3790RD... Hope this helps.......
