Front Cap cracks on 2017 379RD

I purchased new in September 2017 a new 379RD High Country from Camping World in Little Rock, Arkansas. I noticed in April 18 that at the bottom on the front cap has gotten small cracks on both sides near bottom. I called Camping World and finally got an appt. made and dropped off for warranty work to fix. Now the Service tech is telling me that the warranty isn't going to cover since Keystone said its due to incidental damage. Has anyone heard of this? It looks like hair line stress on the front is causing this and I haven't caused any damage to it, so not sure of there reasoning. Attached are a couple of photos.

You should get a copy of the warranty claim from CW. Make sure it properly reflects the issue. Then with that in hand call Keystone support. The first person you talk to may or may not be helpful. if that is the case wait a few days. If they do not call you back with an update, call back and try again.

Keystone denied a warranty claim and when I called I got nowhere. They then called me back to tell me it was approved. They were going for Cust Sat.

Thanks for the reply. Now the rest of the story. When I purchased it new the camper had some damage to the front cap that the sales rep said happened at a RV show. Camping World fixed it (put another new cap on it) so, I'm thinking that may be the problem and not just the Warranty from Keystone. I am meeting with them first thing Monday to discuss but let me tell you there service is terrible.
Since your a ford owner here is a pic of my Camper and truck.
