Regeneration for Flo-Pur

I bought the Flo-Pur RV Pro 10,000 water softner and can't figure out how to make the hose connections to reverse the water flow for regeneration. You are supposed to hook up a hose to the discharge end of the filter which has male threads and hook the other end to a faucet to force water thru the filter. You would need a piece of hose with female fittings on both ends to do this. Am I right? The instructions are very poor as to explaining this.

Our "On-the-Go" came with the fittings to do the reverse hook up. I'd call the manufacturer and see if there should have been something that came with it.

A good hardware store should have a double female brass fitting. That's where I got mind.

You beat me to it Jim! I was just about to make that suggestion when I saw your post! No need to get the expensive one here just the regular cheap rubber one will do for this application!

Thank you for the replies. I don't know why they didn't do a better job of explaining how to accomplish this. I see where others have had a time coming up with the right fittings.
