Has anybody had any issues with their Mastercraft rocker/recliners. My Mountaineer came with two recliners. One of them has a slight problem. As you extend the foot rest in a fully reclined position the foot rest "sags" to the right. I have looked underneath and everything seems to be connected. My warranty period will end in May so I decided to talk to the dealer about it. After a few days he called back to say Mastercraft is sending a new base. The dealer is supposed to install the new base when it comes in. I told the dealer I don't think its the base. It seems that the whole foot rest frame goes out of kilter when extended.
Anyway, Mastercraft and the dealer seem to be responsive which is a good thing. If the new base doesn't work out, maybe I can get the dealer to swap one out of a new unit. It's time to start camping. I must help them keep their priorities straight.
