Craker Jack,
As an '07, is it still under warranty?

Look on the back and get the model number and serial number. Then you can do a search on the model number to get information on it. If it is like most of them it probably is a Quest and the dealer sells them for around $39 each. That should tell you something.

Mine still works so I supplement the DVD portion with a Blue Ray. If the whole thing goes out and I want AM/FM and all the works, I'll get the Sony replacement that has everything, at one of the Electronic stores.

I replaced my malfunctioning Quest unit with a separate surround sound receiver and separate Sanyo DVD/CD player as well as new speakers and powered sub woofer all from Radio Shack/RCA. Sounds much better than the Quest and lasts much longer.
For $39 you got what you paid for in the Quest system!

Funny thing, I'm having issues with ours. It's a Jensen. I think it's a piece of junk! The dealer says it's OK. Lip service again!

I will probably replace the unit. It's too bad that Montana puts this crap into their units. Let alone, the Chinese tires.

Craker Jack, Welcome to "The Best Darned Forum on the WWW"!!! I didn't wait for mine to malfunction so I replaced it with a Yamaha 7.1 surround sound system from Best Buy. You can play the game of getting it replaced three or four times under warranty, or bite the bullet as I did and replace with some quality electronics. One can't expect top of the line electronics in a middle range trailer. IMHO!!!!! Your Choice, of course...
