12 volt pump goes out

Folks,
On a Christmas trip to Kentucky from Virginia, our 12 v water pump decided to quit. At first, I thought it has frozen but later determined that was not the case. No red lights appear on the 12 volt fuses. After some looking, I found the thing in the cargo bay behind the convienence center on our 2007 3485SA. I found no loose wires. I know it is under warranty but my dealer is not open until after the holidays. I have blown air through all faucets, shower, toliet and poured pink stuff in all the traps. Have you had water pump problems? Is Keystone liable if I have something freeze and burst before I can replace it? Should I upgrade or replace with same?

Up grade to a Smart Sensor pump. They are far superior then the original one. Also a far better warranty.

Have you tried switching fuses, in case the red LED is burnt out? Or tested for voltage at the Pump, just to make sure before you remove the old one?

If the fuse is blown the red light at the fuse panel will not light unless the switch is ON. Any of those circuits need to be trying to draw current (switch on) for the led to light up.
Best of luck trouble shooting.

Thanks John! I will give that a try. I only looked for red with the switch off.
