water lines

I just winterized my 2004 Montana 3295 and noticed a water line running into the cabinet under the bathroom sink and then running back out, being attached to nothing. It appears to have some kind of cap at the top of the water line in the cabinet but the cap is not removeable. This water line runs out into the storage area under the bedroom and runs along side the regular water line to the bathroom sink. My concern is that this line appears to have water in it but no antifreeze entered this line when I filled the other lines. Any ideas about this and whether this water in the line will become a problem? Our winters go below zero in Northern New York.
