Factory Repair

Has anyone had their unit repaired at the Keystone factory in Elkhart In?
Was told by Susan who is part of the Montana Team,to take our Montana to a dealer in Elkhart as Keystone does not have their own repair building!!!
Any comments?

There is a failure to communicate between youself and Susan..Keystone has a service center in Goshen where they do repairs on all keystone products. We know this because we have been there and will be there Monday morning. Susan also knows that as she has been around for awhile. The service center is at 2425 Davis Drive, Goshen, In 46526. The Keystone factory is also in Goshen, In not far from the service center. You do need to have a appointment for service center repair.

They are probably talking about Charger RV in Elkhart. Keystone has tremendous faith in these guys as they refer any overflow from their Goshen service center to them.

Keystone does do repairs on their units that are deemed the factory responsibility. However, when I wanted some repairs done on my own, they pointed me to D & T RV Repair in Goshen. The owner used to do a lot of Keystone's warranty work but decided to set up a repair shop that just does repairs to units for people like us who need help. Very reasonable and exceptionally good!!
