Thanks for posting Doug. We will keep an eye on ours. By the way, the pic on your signature isn't a 3670RL. What is it?

It is a 3670RL "Big Guy". We were standing in front of it at the Minden (Reno) Rally when Vicki Reigle took the picture.

Doug - Is yours a 3600RL? or 3670RL?

That triangular piece of metal is one of the fixes for the frame flex problem. Taken in July of 05

Sharon, it is a 3670RL, guess I am slipping here a little. Thanks for keeping me straight.

Rich, thanks for the picture. Are we looking at the front drivers side or passengers side of the overhang? Are they putting that gusset on both sides?

We would be looking at the passenger side and yes they were on both sides.

Doug

Your problem looks allot like mine, but my problem isn't as bad. Thanks for posting the pictures, so we can check for more places on the frame. Hope you can get yours fixed, before you have more problems. Larry & LaVonne

Everyone needs to study Dougs first picture, the one of the upper left corner of the bedroom slide. If frame problems are beginning they will show up here early. When the unit is off the truck the slide will be square in the opening and when on the truck the top of the slide will shift towards the rear.

Thanks for the pic Doug. I have a similar problem, but I caused it myself, and have't brought it to Keystone's attention. When I went to put the bedroom slide out, i didn't notice that the electric blanket control had droppedon the floor, and got caught between the slide-out bezzel and the side wall. Unfortunately, the slide kept going, and it cracked the outer skin, and now it's about 8" or so. and the inside frame is bent out at the bottom. I'm not sure what to do about it. the slide still works fine, but the crack is aggravating. I'm sure it will be a "war debt" to fix it.
