Best Digital to Analog Converter

I know that this has been discussed on other threads, but what is the consensus on the best converter to buy (with the pass-through) before next February? I just received my coupons from the feds and they expire in early October. Thanks.

I purchased two DTVpals and am happy with them. I understand there may be issues with the timers due to broadcasters not sending out the right times on there signals. Since I am not using these to record OTA shows it is not an issue for me. I am using one in the house on a TV the grandkids watch and the other is going into the RV. The Zenith DTT901 is rated very highly on the AVSforum.
