Antifreeze -how did it get there? UPDATE

Still do not know why the previous method put antifreeze in the fresh water tank but I have found a way to get antifreeze into the lines.

I have no idea why this works but if someone else runs into this problem maybe it will help. My thought is that during manufacture someone messed up with the various water or valve connections. Maybe someone has an idea regarding what is put together incorrectly and if so ideas would be appreciated.

Here is the method that worked:

(1) Put hose in antifreeze jug (2) connect hose to [ City Water Fill ] (not to winterguard connection) (3) Put Tank Fill switch in the [ fill tank position ] {not normal flow) (4) Open faucets (5) Turn pump on. Antifreeze flows to each faucet.

From your two posts, it sounds like the fill tank and the winterguard lines are reversed.
What I thought you said was
1) when you used the winterguard connection and put the hose in the antifreeze, it went into the fresh water tank.
2) When you connected the antifreeze to the city water connection an switched the lever to fill tank, the anitfreeze went into the lines and not the tank.
If correct, sure sounds like the two are reversed.
