I would add a replacement heating element for the water heater. If the element fails and your out of propane, only cold water. And a socket to remove it - 1-1/16" 6 point socket. A Bussmann CB185-80 high amp breaker to replace the 40 amp driving the hydraulics. There is a service bulletin on that somewhere. A steel roller to install the eternabond tape. Someone mentioned a torque wrench - I found a nice one to be the CDI 2503MFRMH 1/2" drive micrometer adjustable, torque wrench 30-250# built by Snap-On. Get some good wheel chocks - these things are heavy. TG-160 tire gauge. A spare regulator - Marshall Excelsior (MEGR-130-30) compact high pressure LP gas fixed regulator - the one between the curb side bottle and the switch over valve on street side. Maybe add a Camco water heater tank rinser. And a meter that can read dc amps like a Fluke 365.
