Non-electrical shrinkwrap tubing

I'm working on a project in the basement storage area to compartmentalize sections and keep items like outdoor tables and chairs stored vertically and keep them from sliding all over the place.

I thought about some metal 90 deg brackets, but I need to protect the exposed ends from them cutting me or scaring the stored items. So I'm looking for something like shrinkwrap tubing, but with ends on it so I can just slide them over the exposed metal and shrink it for a tight protective fit.

You can buy a lot of items protected this way, but I have not seen the product for DIY uses.

Any ideas???

Doubtful you will find shrink wrap with an enclosed end. Have you looked at the "dip" that is available to coat items such as handles on small hand tools. Stores like Lowes and HD should have this.

After googling "dip", I think that will work fine for my project.

Thanks,

Thanks,
This is not a shrink product. But it is used to protect wiring traveling through metal cutouts. There is even an adheasive version. I'll post the amazon link for your viewing.
