Ever sense Christmas we have been covered with snow, yesterday it warmed up to 50 and the snow on top of the Montana melted. Well now I have found a leak in the closet coming from the seam in the ceiling. It is small but enough that it stained some fabric that was on the shelf. It is something kind of brown in color and sticky. I have not found it while it is wet but it seems to run down the wall and also drip from the ceiling.
Anyone else know what in the world this could be????
