Serious elec buzz on Storage doors!

This moring standing on the concrete pad with bare feet, I went to open the storage bay and I got a very serious electrical buzz from the two little levers you turn to open it. I also got the same buzz touching the aluminum backing on the inside of the door.

Anyone had this problem? What do you electrical whizzes think?

I have to head out the door down but will be back later to read any replies.

Thanks,
