AC filters

I took the living room AC vents off to vacuum them out - they were full of sawdust. Can we get replacements or do we just keep vacuuming these and re-use them?

Thanks!

I found filter material at lowes that works, cuts to size with a pair of scissors. OEM filters reusable if they can be cleaned up.

I take them off and wash them in sink, blot dry and re-install. Also bought a big size of the same foam at home depot to cut and replace original on occasion. John

We bought blue filter material at Lowe's and cut to size.

Great ideas! Thank you!

After a year I'm still seeing sawdust in my vac..... You would think I'd gotten all of it by now. I vacuum every couple days....

Thanks everyone!
