Hydraulic leak on Kitchen slide 3455SA

I have a hydraulic leak on my kitchen slide. Is there anything that might cause it other than a seal?

Like offered up by CORattler ... look for where the leak is coming from. If it's oozing out the end of the cylinder, then obviously cylinder. If it's leaking around the fitting, perhaps the o-ring that seals the fitting to the cylinder, perhaps the fitting has cracked, perhaps the connection is just loose. If it's dripping down from a hose, then obviously the hose or crimped end has failed.

Hi

You should only post these questions in one place on the forum.

I just looked at our kitchen slide. The cylinder is below the floor. You should be able to look thru the hole in the frame and see the end of the cylinder that would leak.

If the cylinder isn’t leaking then you can remove half dozen screws holding the belly cover on and get a good look with a light at the hose connections.

This will tell you where the leak is.

Have 2012 3455SA, had slide leak on entertainment slide, bad cylinder seal(didn't notice until fluid got too low to operate slides, fluid trapped in belly pan). Cylinder replaced during warranty period. Could be loose connection or ruptured line.
Also have had 3 level cylinder leaks, all were loose optional port plugs. After third checked all found one more loose but not yet leaking.
