Sunscreen source

We want to add a sunscreen to our awning. I know that Carefree makes those screens, but last year when I was researching them, I found a source that sold sunscreens for significantly less than the $139 - $159 price tag on the Carefree screens. Now I can't locate the bookmark on my computer that will take me to that site.

If you know of a site that sells sunscreens for less than the Carefree ones, I'd appreciate it if you'd send me the site via an email or message or by posting it on this thread.

I know that the Carefree screen would be a good one, and that's what I'll order if I have to, but I'd like some options.

Thanks,

Carolyn

Carolyn,
There is this too by Dometic at CW: Patty-Oshade. We have one in "Coffee" and it works well for what we use it for. You can also leave it installed on the awning roller and still retract the awning.

Coincidentally, I have one like Jack's reference in BLUE available for significantly less than what CW wants.

X2 on the Patty-o-shade. We got ours on sale at CW for less than a $100.

Got ours from CW last year...works ok blocking direct sun, but it seems to hold a lot of heat and does nothing to block driving rain...I know, it is not called a rain shade.

Thanks, everyone, for the leads on finding a reasonably-priced sunshade. Our decision will be quick because the door/patio side of our trailer is going to get the full west sun for at least the next 6 months.
