the different speed limit topic for trucks / towing is a hotly debated deal

right now their are two trucking groups lobbying on each side of a similar coin
- one side wants all speed limits lowered to 65
- other side wants all speed limits the same (remove the speed differential between trucks/towing and the rest of traffic)

each side has a pile of studies and data points proving they are right
additionally you have the limiter companies pushing lobbying dollars into the system to legally require limiters in trucks (think money for the limiter sellers)
