Dimplex Fireplace Heater Problem

Have a 2010 3400RL with a 1440 watt Dimplex fireplace and heater. Everything worked great but went to turn it on the other day and the unit seems to be dead. Tested the power switch and have power in and out of it.
Is there a fuse or reset relay anywhere on them. I removed the panel so I have a limited view of the control panels and nothing looks burnt or discolored.
Have tried to contact Dimplex customer service without much luck so far. Will try again tomorrow.
Any suggestions were a person would take it to have it looked at. A
electronic store or a electrician?
Planning on a Alaskan trip in June, so it would sure come in handy.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Allan Olson

The unit needs a reset done to it which is covered in the manual...."should the heater overheat, an automatic cut out will turn the heater off and it will not come back on without being reset. It can be reset by switching the three position power on/off switch to off and waiting five minutes before switching it back on." This is usually caused by dust buildup or accumulation of pet hair, etc. And that means taking the unit out and taking it apart. John

Type this problem in the search function and it has been talked about and solved many times as a matter of fact it was talked about a few days ago and I have had that problem and fixed it a few times myself and it is not a big deal to get it going again
