Need help finding attic vents

I have spent the last hour trying to use the search function, often it comes up error.. often it takes 2 or 3 minutes to do anything. Frustrating.
Anayhoo, I need to know who sells the large 5"? round attic space vents, I have two that are crumbling, 7 years of sunshine and they are Kaput..
I found the company 2 nights ago and then... lost it
Any and all help appreciated.

I painted mine with some plastic paint, thinking it might help them last a little longer.

We had a big rain tonight, hope my duct tape held.. It was gorilla tape so it probably did

Ozz-- Got mine from the local dealer. Don't remember the cost but only needed the mushroom dome top because that was all that was bad and to put the whole thing in is a real pain!
