Ok ours just up and quit in the middle of a wash/dry cycle. Cant open the door. No lights nothing. Any ideas before we call for service?

Try unplugging the power cord for a few minutes and the door should unlock. It may reset the electronics and start working again.

That was the first thing we tried.

Call Splendide, they can work you through the troubleshooting before you pay someone to look at it. There have been many success stories here as a result of calling them.

Did you plug something (hairdryer) into the recep to make sure it has power ?

Up Date, sorry it took so long.
I called Splendide and they walked me thru a few things to check, after telling me how to unlock the door. Both things they had me check didn't help, so they had me call a Mobile RV Service. He came out and determined it was the circuit board, He got the ok to replace it. They sent it to him the next day. He came out yesterday and replaced it. He would have been here sooner but between Christmas and being sick it took a little longer.
