Replacing back ladder

OhOh! I made a boo boo.
I backed up too far and broke the ladder against the garage roof.
Has anyone ever replaced the back ladder? if so at what cost, from where and maybe a part number.
2008/ 3400rl roof ladder.

I'd try these folks. They'll sell you the parts, and maybe the whole thing, but I'd bet they'd have a good idea were to look if they don't have it.

Jack,
You might want to check with Ozz. I don't know if he carries that sort of thing or not. Sorry to hear about the ladder. Good luck. Dennis

Thanks Dennis, Jack P.M.'d me, I suggested for the exact fit he should try Keystone/Montana give them the Model and serial number to get a replacement. I THINK this is good advice, someone please correct me if not.
I want his to be able to get the same ladder so it will fit the same holes and have the same curves where they are now.

Our ladder rusted out (the anchoring bolts at the top) so we had it replaced by D & T RV in Goshen seven years ago. Turned out to be better than when new.

As for a second AC, we've lived in the desert in New Mexico and California in 120° heat and never saw the need for a second AC. We're in our 13th year of living in this rig and don't find AC a problem.

I found out you can't go through Keystone you have to go through a dealer.

My RV supply store just called, they contacted Keystone and was told that ladder would cost 357.00 plus shipping and crate charge. Whew! Probably a total of over 500.00
I need to find a good mobile welder!

I bet if you put your Montana together by ordering all the parts and putting it together yourself, it would cost over a million bucks.

I got a quote once to replace the ladder, and it was $800 including labor! I did not do it! This year, armed with better knowledge of how the things fit together, I asked for a quote on actually fixing the thing, and it was more reasonable, about $200 total.
