All of the slides? I had one slide where it would not go out without assistance and it also would "drift" out a bit. It was a bad cylinder. Had it replaced and all is good now. It sounds as though there is air in the lines. You might try running the slides in and out a number of times. That may move the air back into the tank. Make sure the tank is full of fluid and not too low where it could draw in air. Check the tank while the slides are closed. Approx. 1 inch below the top.

Since you say the pump has already been replaced, I lean towards a cylinder with bad piston seals or a leaking hydraulic line. If you notice no loss in hyd fluid in the reservoir ... then check the cylinders. In a system like our Montanas, any one of the slideout cylinders effect the entire system, so testing will ahve to be done to determine which one is internally leaking. Try this site from Lippert if you are somewhat mechanically inclined.

If this is the only major problem you've had, then buying a new rig is a personal and financial choice. If you keep the rig you have hoping the major problems are done, then you are good to go. If the rig has been problematic then getting rid of something you've lost faith in might warrant a new rig. These days, it seems like a new rig might mean new problems and you start all over again, so a new rig isn't necessarily an answer to this problem.
Again, your choice, but if it were me, I'd keep the one I have for a little longer. I have lots of mods and know my rig very well and it's paid for, so it would be hard for us to give it up. That, plus it would be too expensive for us at this time to replace it. Obviously, you don't have that problem. Do keep in mind while newer rigs have better and newer stuff, they are heavier too and depending where you live might require and Driver's license change. This is only my opinion but your reasons may be much more extensive than a slide out system that might now just work for a while longer. I hope you keep us posted on what you decide.

If I sold my RV every time I had a problem, I'd be on about RV number 2,500 by now.

You may have been RV'ing for many years and would like a change. Some day we'll all have to decide when and if...

Our slides will not go out when the button is pushed inside. They will go out using the remote. Also, if u press the slides manually
outside they will not go out...HELP, what could the matter be?
We are 1/2 way to our final destination....don't want to get delayed or be w/out our home.

Hi
I removed the remote receiver and replaced it with a fuse panel purchased from NAPA. This fixed all the electrical problems with the Slides, rear stabilizers and the front legs. I didn’t hook up the outside switch for the slides.

Do you have pictures of what you did? And I take it you don't use your remote anymore?
