Air Conditioner
We have a 2014 3625 Big Sky with two AC units. Our rear AC only runs at high speed and is very load..
Our living room AC seems to only run on low and will not cool down our rig on a hot day and dealer said there is no blocked ducting, They ran a camera through the duct and found nothing. We are told since there are two AC this is normal. Can anyone shed some light on air conditioner.

we have a 2014 3625 and have not had a problem with the a/c . check on the controls on the wall i think it is dual zone like ours and i think in zone 1 is front a/c and zone 2 back a/c i also think you can set eht temp and fan speed in each zone also.

The thermostat only runs on high for our bedroom and will not allow us to change the fan speed. And this is suppose to be normal. The living room only runs at one speed and barley cools down. After running for one hour at 90 degree we only went down a few degrees. We are told it runs on auto and the thermostat fan speed is not adjustable. We have been told the reason for this is because we have two air conditioners. This is per our dealer we purchased the Rig from

The dealer should be the last one to ask about operating anything in the rig. If you don't have a Dometic CCC2 thermostat manual, (assuming that is what you have), you can download one from the Dometic site. It is possible that you may not be able to control the fan speeds if you have programed the thermostat with the clock function. We were not happy with that, and deprogrammed the thermostat so we can manually operate it. We can operate either zone fan in auto mode or any of the three fan speeds once we reset the thermostat. When the fan speed is set to auto, the fan will operate at high if there is a large span between the desired temp and the current inside temp. As the unit cools the zone, the fan speed will slow to a lower speed. In our rig, the front A/C, zone 2 which is in the bedroom, it is difficult tell what speed the fan is running at, due to the closeness of the unit. The following is copied from the installation manual for resetting the thermostat:
(CCC 2 System Only) Reset & Checkout
1.
System Reset
After setting the dip switches in the electronic control, do a system reset.
a.
Reconnect the 12 Vdc and 120 Vac power supplies.
b.
Make sure the CCC 2 thermostat is in the OFF mode.
c.
Simultaneously press the MODE and ZONE buttons. The LCD will display "IniT" and all available zones.
d.
Release the MODE and ZONE buttons.
e.
Press the ON/OFF button to exit system setup.

We have two AC's and complete control of fan speed in each and no problem cooling the unit when both are running even in direct sun at 108 degrees and high humidity. Wouldn't get below the upper 70's on that day until the sun went down, but that was good enough on a day like that.

Thank You all for your insight it's hard when the dealer keeps telling you these functions don't work and this is normal and our rig is still under warranty.

We picked up our Rv today from Camping World Burlington Washington and the service manager found our problem. We were not cooling down in our livingroom. The probe that senses the temperature for both air conditioner units is located in the bedroom which makes no sense because when both units are running and the temperature in the bedroom has cooled down it turns off the unit in the living room. It sounds like we have to block the two vents in the bedroom so our living room will cool down. Our bedroom air conditioner does change speeds but low speed still sounds like a jet motor taking off.

That still doesn't sound right. Ours has separate sensors for each area. If that's how they're doing the new ones, we won't be buying. Call Keystone Customer Service and ask them it that id correct. My guess is you'll be getting a sensor relocation under warranty.

Why would a 2014 3625 Big Sky be different than a 2014 3725 Montana reference the two factory air conditioners? I can see my bedroom sensor, but I can't see my living room sensor. Even though I can't see the one for the living room I know I have one. When I push the "inside temp" read button for each zone I get different readings.
If the blower on the bedroom air is that loud on low speed then I would suspect there is something wrong with it.

The bedroom unit isn't any louder than the living room unit, but it just seems that way because you are in a smaller room and a lot closer to it due to the lower ceiling. The bedroom A/C uses a remote temp sensor, that little round thing on the ceiling, while the living room unit uses the thermostat itself as the sensor for the larger A/C.

The little hat on he ceiling of the bedroom is for th bedroom only. The thermostat is the sensor for the living room. You are getting bad info.
