NOSECAP Paint

I have a 2004 Big Sky, the graphics are peeling but I also have peeling of the gold color, I believe it is paint and it is a cler coat that that is starting to peel. Does anyone know what this coating is if its not not clear coat? Also what is the prefer method of painting? It is two tone gold and white, gold being the paint that the clear cost is peeling, thanks.

I repainted my 2006 with base coat and covered with clear 5 years ago and it still looks new used Dupont auto paint
