We have a Fantastic fan in our bathroom that is not too fantastic - it seems. While opening the fan will not operated.
I stopped by the local RV service store and the gentleman behind the counter said that either the activation switch is broken or the motor itself might be bad. His advice was to check both and bring in whatever is not working and it can replaced free of charge. Told me that the Fantastic fan has a lifetime warranty and that he could get any parts in within 3-5 days.
That is indeed good news but I am not so mechanically inclined as to know how to proceed.
Anyone out that might have had the same problem? What would be the best way to attack this "simple" repair procedure.

Any help would be appreciated.

Contact their service department and ask them where to go from here. They are really fantastic. NPI

Had the same problem and it was a contact up on the motor. Go up on the roof with you wife at the fan switch and check these out. I just touched one of the wires as the cover was opening and the motor started. I just bent the wire to take a little stress off the contact and it hasn't happened again in two years.

Bought our first trailer in 1971, barely old enough to buy a drink. In all those years since, the only thing that has never caused me any problems has been the Fantastic Fan! Think our first one was on a 2000 Sunline. Have always had one since.
