knobs for roll out windows

Has anyone had the problem with the knobs for the windows to not function anymore. I guess the threads are stripped. Anyway, we have two that are non functional and I was wondering where we could purchase them.. Would I have to order from Keystone or could you get those at an RV place?

I bought one at a regular RV dealer. Measure the length of the stub part. There is a difference

I purchased a couple at a Do-It Hardware store in Imperial, CA. Check any place that has RV accessories. What happens is the knobs are made out of plastic and the ferruling inside the knob )that fits over the stub) breaks out. The replacements seem to work much better. But we have only had one break out in over 5 years.
