Radios active in new 3295

QST,
Well I have the station installed in the new 3295. I mounted the radio control heads on the wall. I have two speakers one on each side of the window under the cabinet. I put a hole in the right rear corner of the desk going down behind the drawers.

I added another 110 VAC outlet under the desk tied to the one above the desk. The power strip is plugged into it as well as our voltmeter.

Behind the desk drawers are the power strip, power supply, 12 volt sealed battery and radio units are mounted along the walls. The coax goes down through the floor into a cavity opening where the box is mounted. I installed the IC AH-4 tuner in this area too.

The VHF/UHF antenna is a Comet model that does not require a ground plane. It is lashed to an MFJ 33’ telescoping pole.

My main HF antenna is 120’ long wire and 120’ counter poise. I put a power access box on the metal under skirt where the wires come down and the tuner is mounted. Note the four bolts holding the tuner. This bottom panel is not secured yet.
