Interior lights

The interior rope lights above the molding quit working halfway down the string on one side. Is there a connection or does the whole string need replaced?

If it is like our 3160 the lights are LED and probably part of them came loose and are now pointing down so you don't see the light. Ours were fixed and that is what they told me had happened. To bad they didn't use long enough nails when they put the crown moldings back up in place. They both fell off, one during travel and the other just sitting in the parking spot while waiting to go back to the dealership.

Keystiodid not want me to just fix it myself.

You probably would have done a better job than the stealership.
