2017 RMRR - Schedule of events

We are just a few weeks away from the start of the RMRR rally.
Here is the proposed schedule of events.



2017 Rocky Mountain Regional Rally Schedule
Rafter J Bar Ranch- Hill City, SD

Saturday Sept 9th
Arrival day.
Registration and Meet and Greet in the pavilion at 5:00 PM.
Please bring your favorite finger food and your beverage of choice.
Welcome bags and name badges will be distributed
The $15.00 fee to cover rally expenses will be collected at registration

Sunday, Sept 10th
Potluck Breakfast at the Pavilion - 8:00am to 9:00am
Please bring a dish to share and your own place settings.
Coffee will be provided
1880 Steam Train from Hill City to Keystone - departs at 10:00am
Return departs at 2:30pm

Monday, Sept 11th
Continental breakfast and coffee at the Pavilion - 8:00am-9:00am
Group drive to Needles Highway/Custer State Park - 10:00am to 2:30pm
Filet Mignon diner at the Alpine Restaurant at 5:00PM sharp

Tuesday, Sept 12th
Continental breakfast and coffee at the Pavilion - 8:00am-9:00am
Enjoy the day on your own
KeystoneRV sponsored dinner at the Pavilion at 5:00 pm

Wednesday, Sept 13th
Continental breakfast and coffee at the Pavilion - 8:00am-9:00am
Prairie Berry winery tour 12:00-2:00 pm
Pot Luck Dinner at the Pavilion 5:00 pm
Please bring a prepared dish, your place settings and your beverage of choice.

Thursday, Sept 14th
Departure Day
Continental breakfast and coffee at the Pavilion - 8:00am-9:00am
Thank you for coming to the rally. We hope everyone had a good time. See you next time!

Looks like a great schedule. I just looked up, if anyone is interested, the Mt. Rushmore Lighting Ceremony. It is one of the highlights of visiting the Black Hills. It starts at 8:00 PM. They have a special salute at the end for Veterans. This will continue until September 30th.

Ladybug, not sure of your question. We have had former MOC members attend, and continue to attend even though they have moved from Montana owners to SOB or Motorhomes. Unlike the fall rallies, where you "must" own a Montana brand RV, the regional rallies are more open. You may want to send Don Stockman a message. In the end, at regional rallies, it's sort of up to the Wagonmaster. I hope this helps.
