Bypass Bathroom Door problem

Hi All, I own a 2019 3120 RL that has a bypass door for entry to the bathroom. In the short time I have owned this unit (bought used) the overhead track roller/trolley has gone into self destruct mode. I need a replacement part for the entire assembly but have not been able to find the part(s). Can anyone offer help on getting this part or offering an alternative solution to this annoying problem? I'm open to all suggestions.

This is a well known problem. Do a Search (the brown Google search bar above) with the keywords "bathroom door" (or variations. You will get lots of hits with solutions Here is one response I think you will like:

I posted my modification in the above link March of 2022. I am happy to state I have still had zero issues with my trolley since modified. Tight and smooth functioning today.

We told the dealer it had to have standard hinges or we wouldn't buy the rig. They made the change and we've been very happy with it.

Take a picture of the top of the door where the truck goes, and call MorRyde (they make that part). They'll send you the right new truck for it (around $25-$30 incl shipping). Mine changed from 4 wheels to 3. I held off installing because the bolt didn't look long enough. It's been a year now and no more issues.

I replaced the original with this item: Johnson Hardware Sliding Door/Pocket Door Hanger Ball Bearing 1125-1 Inch Wheel, 200 lb Capacity
$18.68 from Amazon. I then got the new rail from Johnson Hardware. It requires cutting the rail and replacing the old one, but it is heavy duty and we really see the difference.

I had the same problem. Went to Home Depot and bought a sliding track and hardware. Cut it to fit installed. Works much better that the ones made for RV's.
Getting the old one out was a chore. Had to take some wall panels out and cut some holes in some places. Holes were in places that were covered when i put everything back together. Did that about 15 months ago and it still works great. Track is square and the rollers did fit on the door. Make sure the rollers will work for your door before buying.
