Understand the concerns but just for safety the LED lights are brighter and have less current draw. I think it’s the “SMD” units that I like best. But I really y do like the clearance lights and tail lights being LED for their brightness and the lights are easily seen and ready to install . I just figured the lights being bright just help for safety. I have changed over a trailer and two fifth wheels and one motor home. Couldn’t be happier about the switch and I didn’t do them all at once but took my time and got the roof lights and side lights and eventually did each one.
