Okay, DH checked to make sure water was getting to up to our rig through the hose. It was.
Turned back on shore water and we had flow through all cold taps.
Opened pressure relief valve on HWH. Barely a trickle and no hot water from taps.
DH opened the relief valve a few more times and finally water came out at normal pressure from the valve. Checked taps inside - we have hot water!
So we wonder what the heck? I'm thinking it was just too cold and we were frozen for a while. DH says it was almost like there was an air bubble in the HWH line.
So, we'll be headed to Lowe's next week for some skirting material. Our boss called to check up on us earlier. Told him we were waiting for our water lines to thaw out and described possible skirting (thanks again Les). He said to get whatever we need. Yes, we have a Lowe's company card.
I tell ya, these are good people we work for and it's one of the reasons we don't really want to leave here.
Me? I'm headed off to take a HOT shower!
