Water flow on a Dometic 320

So I just installed a 320 in our 381TH love the size but it seem the water flow could stand to be increased. I was wondering if there is a restrictor in the line or valve that an be removed? We have lot of flow in the shower and bathroom sink.

There are more holes in the 320. Just volume/pressure thing.
