I too emailed New West about bladders and they do sell the "seconds" at a good discount. Here is her response:

Hi Carl,
Yes we do have factory 2nd RV45s. They have never been used and should leak free. Generally they are factory 2nd's due to cosmetic flaws that we would have had to put a patch on. The current price is $68.00 + tax (if you are in California) and shipping.
Give us a call if you would like to place an order at 1-800-523-8853.
Kind regards,
Liz

SeaFlo model

We design and build desalination systems for the yachting and prepper communities. After extensive testing we chose the SeaFlo 55 series as our pump of choice.
The biggest reason is it's one of the few pumps like these rated for 'Continuous Duty'. We have run them for hours and have never seen a failure or an over heating situation. The 55 series pumps also have a higher flow rate at 5.5gpm and a pressure rating of 60psi which is adjustable. They are available in 12 volt dc and 115 volt ac. For rv use of course use the 12 volt model.
They are available from Amazon. Be aware they will draw higher current than the 42 or 33 series if you leave the pressure set to 60 psi. Set the pressure to 50 psi and you should not have a problem. Wire size shouldn't be a problem but you may need to go to a fuse with a higher rating.
