We have the Splendid Stackables and use the Splendide detergent. I don't think the brand is important but remember that it has to be a low-suds, low-filler product because you are sending the rinse water into the grey tank where foaming is obviously not desired. If the price seems formidable, DW has been using one box of Splendide (100 loads for around $20.00) for four straight weeks now, and has figured out that the although the cost seem high, since it is a concentrated product that the cost per week is about the same as her Tide usage at home. That is something we never expected.
