Paul Evert used to be RV Traders. Their service dept. is very good. All the same people are there. However, I don't know how well they will work on warranty stuff. I actually purchased my Mountaineer from Orangewood. Wasn't too happy with sales dept, and didn't do much with service since they are 60 miles away.

When in the Phoenix area, we usually stay at the Paradise RV Resort, which is close to Orangewood, and they have been very handy, as well as doing good work. They also have propane at a low price.

He all! I need some input if you have any at all on the following service departments. According to the Keystone RV website my options for authorized service departments in the Phoenix area are:

Little Dealer Little Prices

La Mesa RV Center
www.lamesarv.com

Sun City RV

Authorized Keystone Service Center Recommendations for Phoenix, AZ Area

Apologize if this is redundant.

Some dealers will not perform warranty work if you didn't buy your Montana at their dealership. You may want to call prior to taking your Montana there.

Never had any work done there but Orangewood is the only dealer in AZ we would consider. Call for appointment; if they ask if you bought it there, keep looking.

I found one in the Yuma area, RV World on Gila Ridge Road. Bought a new spare tire crank and wench. Went to service department and asked for a piece of scrap flat steel plate to make modification for the new wench. They found one (free) and were very friendly and helpful. Pricing for wench was better then other shops.

I have used Orangewood for 4 years now, they do a nice job. I did not buy my unit there, and I also take there for extended warrantee work
