If you're looking for a nice place to stay in California, the Sun Outdoors Paso Robles is gorgeous. Full hookups and plenty to do there. Wine tasting, breweries, and gorgeous riding country

I remember the single wheel Farmall tractors. I remember them working on our neighbor’s farm.

The Farmall tractor brings back memories. My dad had an Allis Chalmers of the same vintage. When I was about 10 years old, I finally got to drive it. It had to be hand cranked to get started. He had a single bottom plow on it and had a hay cutter he pulled with the tractor.
Looks like you had a great time there! Thanks for sharing!

Our neighbor had an Allis Chalmers. A D14 with a two speed shifter on the side if my memory serves me correct. It was great for bailing hay which we bailed thousands of bails with.

Off topic, but curious if you ever have cooling issues in your TV with the bike loaded up front like that?
Good idea... I have capacity on the front end but am a little heavy in the box.

My trans temp ran 10 degrees warmer. Very minimal and I'm towing up the Grapevine, which is a long 6% grade.
