we are going on our third year camping at Canon Bonito Rv and fly fisherman club near Antonito colorado. Al and Lisa are great hosts and most the campground sites are huge. it is not your typical campground with a store, play area etc... there is a bath house, toilet and washer and dryer and lots of great folks camping and getting together for weekly cookouts or pot lucks. it sits right on the COnejos river with a 1 1/2 miles of private fly fishing broken into 3 sections only for rainbow, browns, and some cutbows and cutthroats. great place to just put the feet up and relax and take it easy and learn to fly fish or get togethere with some of the wives that quilt. they have about 14 sites total and are close to the steam train ride in antonito.
