How about a 2009 rally!
Since the previous topic was really intended for the 2008 season, why don't we try for a rally in 2009. Maybe we can get someone from the Mackinaw area to set something up for late July or early August. That would be a great area to visit and meet some new people and renew old relations too!

Go to Mackinac and I just might consider it. We were at Mackinac this summer, stayed at Mill Creek and loved it.
Did you know that Mackinac and Mackinaw are both prounced the same way? mak-uh-naw

Count us in also as long as it is in July or Early August. We have been trying to get up there for a while now. We heard Mill Creek is the nicest place there.

Mackinac sounds like a great place to hold a rally next summer. We haven't been there in a few years, so it would be fun to tour the area again. We'll be looking forward to meeting our fellow monty owners!

Who wants to start setting this up as like the mid augest is great for us but we are flexable .. millcreek has the room and i think we could get 15 to 20 rigs ,,,sailer

We'd love to attend that rally. Kathy used to live in Soo, Ont and spent quite a bit of time on Mackinac. Keep us posted!!

Ok, so I guess that Mill Creek around the first of August seems to be ok? I'll call the cg sometime soon and see what they have available and maybe try to set something up. This would be a laid back rally with a lot of things to do in the area. Would a Thursday to Sunday be what we are looking at?
