We took out the "key safe" in the cabinet AND we took out the "safe" under the bed. Just how "safe" could it be when held down by 2 screws???? Gives us just that more room under the bed.

Oh good grief, now the under the bed safe secret is out too. I guess if I ever get another $100.00 bill I'll have to go back to the ashtray in the truck.

We are on our third Montana and every one of them has had a hidden compartment somewhere and most of the time the salesman can't tell you where because they haven't done their homework. If you haven't found one in your coach, find someone with the same year and ask them or contact Keystone.
Good Luck,

How do you expect the salesman to know where the secret place is when a lot of the time they don'tg even know about the third dump valve

Our Big Sky is an 09, a 365REQ, and different than yours in many ways, but in this it may be the same. In the bed room, across from the bed, there is a chest of drawers under the window. As I am facing it, I look to the left end. The entire end board is a door. I simply push in on it at the top, let go, and it swings open. See if that helps.

OK, we went to the campground to work on Barbie....added more storage shelves to the pantry and under the kitchen sink....amazing how much storage we gained, thank you DH! Now while we were there I had to check out left side of dresser....no secret door there....now I'm really bummed!!! The side of the dresser has a hole for the electric cord for the lamp, but the rest of the side is just hollow panel...opened the drawers to confirm was just a thin panel. Any other ideas....anyone with an 08 Big Sky 340 RLQ able to shed any light on the secret compartment or was this the year there's no secret!

Thanks....Betty

Okay Guys and Gals, you people are getting the best of me. How about 05 3400. other than the hidden safe, is there another hiding place that I have not found? I thought that I had looked it over , taken it down rough roads and have not had anything pop open other than doors and draws. HELP PLEASE!

On your 05 3400 the compartment is on the right side of the window in the bedroom. the wide wood panel opens and also the top shelf of the window has a board that removes.

We just purchased a 2009 3605RL Montana Tenth Edition and we have the secret panel on the side of our bedroom chest. The Montana brochures actually mention a secret storage compartment in the chest. Haven't got it loaded yet so don't know what we'll find to put there, but I bet we find something.
