If the "Search" function was working I could find two posts about replacing windows (or installing one where there wasn't one before). You are right one, remove the screws, be sure to have a second pair of hands to hold 1/2 of the frame, and pull it out.
I believe you use Butyl tape on the window frame where it contacts the trailer sidewall. It is available at RV stores in roll form that they will cut to whatever length you desire. It also comes in colors, but you probably want the black stuff. All in all, it is a pretty easy job.
Are you sure the leak is around the frame and not the much more common plugged up weep holes??
