Heated floor

Hi our 2016 3950 BR has a heated floor in the bathroom. It has never worked and today while cleaning the storage area I removed the section of the wall to take a look. What I found was a junction box with a wire going up into the bathroom. The only problem is there is nothing connected to the wires, no input power. My question is does anyone know if the input is 12vdc or 120vac? Thanks

120. And the thermostat should be on the wall by the light switch
