Under Side of Slide Rubbing

We have a 2019 MHC 330RL. We do mostly long weekend trips and we have done a couple of 1 week trips since we purchased in May of last year. We have noticed in the past few months the under side of the dinette slide has developed these marks where something is rubbing and the black plastic material is on it's way to tearing.
Does anyone know what could be causing this and/or how to fix it? The slide seems to move in and out freely.
There are two marks, one on each end of the slide and they are inside of the rollers that are visible from the outside. I
Is the slide running too low or need adjustment? The heavier kitchen slide doesn't have this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Mine started this early on on the kitchen slide and now has a hole stated in the fabric. I sprayed Dry Lub all over it and looks to slow the damage. now I need to figure what to do with the damaged fabric. I haven`t figured out if there is a slide bar across the bottom of the slide or if there are rollers. I think rollers like under the the bedroom slide. If so the rollers have stoped rolling and the slide is dragging across the rollers causing the damage. so replacement or lubricating them might or will help. I`ll attack it this winter but let me/us know what you came up with as I would think this is a common problem. It`s always something.

I have a 2018 3120, with the same problem, think weight of Refr. Is doing it.Mine started early, dealer put some kind of sealer on it that did no good. I should of followed through with a better fix but didn't. Please let us know if you figure out something better, as mine has gotten worse. I guess out of sight out of mind.

not sure this is the fix since it`s across the enter bottom and it`s oblivious it`s a weight rubbing problem. So what did they do lighten it up? Did some research since this subject came up and only fix unless you want patch the fabric which just covers up the issue and will surely do it again is to put thin Teflon strips under the roller area held in place with adhesive. Thease strips are cut 6" x the with of the slid x 1/16 thick from a roll of the stuff. Or remove your slide and repair the whole business for big bucks. I`ve lost the web site that sells the stuff I`ll keep looking. Mine tearing so I have to do something soon , but the dry lube has helped.

I fixed mine by using 1/16 × 1 self stick UHMW tape:

https://www.eplastics.com/accessorie...60X-1-000X25FT

Jack up the slide (not fully opened). Install tape over worn areas making sure you position the tape over the rub bar on the floor.
