Angry Norcold 18cu ft door beeping

Hello,

I'm new to the forum and a RV newbie. We just did our first shakedown trip with our 2020 3120RL. All went pretty well (after learning all the new systems). Except... the Norcold 4 door refer kept beeping. The code (dr) kept coming up with it's incessant beeping. I had to push on the door from the outside to make it stop. Sometime it wouldn't beep again for several hours, sometimes just 5 minutes. I kept waking me up! The fridge worked very well at staying consistently cold though. Please help!

That's a door ajar code. Maybe check the connections from doors to fridge cabinet. On ours they are little spring loaded pins that make the connection.

I saw those pins, they seem to be moving in and out just fine. I've read somewhere else about striker adjustment where light switch hits?

Put your phone on video put it in the fridge see if the light goes out when you close the doors

That’s a great idea and I will try it. Unfortunately the rig is in a storage lot and I can’t get to it for several days or weeks. Thanks for taking the time to talk with me. Leo
